Colleagues from across MDUK have collated resources from across the globe to support museums during Covid-19. The information includes advice, support and resources to help the sector plan for reopening after Covid-19. We all know that this is a changing environment, so please note that this list of resources was compiled week commencing 13 May 2020.<\/p>\n
How are others planning for re-opening?<\/strong><\/p>\n The American Association of Museums has produced guidance for museums preparing to re-open available here.<\/a><\/p>\n In China, museums are planning how they reopen outlined in an article in Jing Travel (the Business of Chinese Cultural travel) here.<\/a><\/p>\n Read also articles in the Guardian<\/a> and Artsy<\/a> about plans for reopening museums in Germany.<\/p>\n Hyperallergic has published an article about Museums Worldwide Prepare to Reopen Their Doors After Lockdown<\/a> and the Museums Association has a piece in the Museums Journal on the same subject here.<\/a><\/p>\n The\u00a0British Retail Consortium has issued guidelines for retailers<\/a> on how stores can minimise risk once Coronavirus restrictions are eased.
